Katerina Vavyloni is a Chemical Engineer (NTUA), holds an MSc in Biochemical Engineering (University College London) and an MBA in Techno-Economic Systems (NTUA), while she is a PhD candidate at the School of Chemical Engineering of NTUA in the field of Bioinformatics. She has worked as an IT consultant in the private sector and on projects of the Telecommunication Systems Laboratory of the National Technical University of Athens. In 2005, she started her employment at the Technology Transfer Office of NTUA as responsible for the coordination, implementation and operation of the information system for the search of services by the laboratories of the institution. Since 2007 she has been working at the Research Committee of NTUA, where she is responsible for the support and financial management of co-funded research projects. She has participated in the writing of institutional proposals and financial reports for the NTUA’s Special Account for Research Funding.
