Description
On 19 January 2022, the Protocol to the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court on provisional application entered into force. This triggered the final preparatory phase for the unitary patent package, which will lead to the most significant reform of the European patent system since its introduction. Stefan Luginbuehl will introduce this package and give you the latest updates.
